Director/Associate Vice President - Product Management - IT/Online

ABOUT THE ROLE :

As Director/AVP - Products for our client, a Super App for competitive e-sports covering you will be owning and building products. You will be responsible for end to end ownership of product initiatives covering both frontend and backend related scope in our app/website. The primary focus would be to make our app the number 1 sports and e-sports gaming app.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING :

- 5-8 years of product management in a consumer/ internet technology company with overall experience of 10 years

- Ability to express and articulate your ideas via documentation, presentations and during conversations

- Big thinking, bias for action, and ability to motivate teams to achieve highest standards

- Love for games and for creating fun, compelling, and frictionless user experiences.

- Engineering or Business degree from a top tier school.

- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit, ability to understand and talk technology and is an avid gamer.

- Demonstrated ability in building great products; prior experience with launching new consumer products and driving their adoption

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

- Ownership: You are someone who will take ownership, drive discussions, prioritize features, collaborate with marketing, business and tech teams to deliver outcomes, and who can manage high pressure and performance environments. Be the internal and external authority and advocate for your area of focus.

- Devise Product Vision & Strategy: You will be responsible for defining the long term strategy and build quarterly roadmaps to achieve the product vision and create impact.

- Structured Problem Solving: Product solving with a problem first, data-driven and test & iterate approach. Ensures conceptualization from a platform and a long-term view. Ensures value-based prioritization of product initiatives.

- Execution & Leadership: You will be execution-focused and will be collaborating with Engineering and Design to build products that customers love. Produce high-quality product requirements and effectively prioritize and manage the scope of each product launch to deliver products and features on time. Build and mentor a team
