Job Requirement
- Driving the Commercial Success of your Game
- You will be tasked with leading and coordinating efforts with colleagues from diverse departments such as Art, Game Design, Production, Engineering, UI/UX, Customer Service, as well as partnering teams like Analytics, Marketing, Finance, HR, etc.
- Your role involves not only being the visionary for a free-to-play business model but also managing aspects such as User Acquisition, Monetization, Retention, and Platform.
Leading your Team:
- Your leadership will encompass both direct and indirect reports, managing large teams by leveraging a variety of leadership, management, communication, and production skills.
- Your goal is to foster engagement, enhance productivity, and elevate quality within your team. Key responsibilities include mentoring emerging leaders, planning for succession, and enriching the team through recruitment, training, and development.
Being Chief Product Evangelist and leading Predictable Delivery:
- Develop and communicate a long-term vision and strategy for the game, ensuring alignment across multiple teams. Your role involves translating this strategy into practical and achievable actions (like introducing new features and regular updates) to maintain the game's competitive edge.
- As the chief spokesperson, you'll influence the product strategy and roadmap, driving the creation and execution of the Product Roadmap in collaboration with extensive cross-functional teams (Marketing, User Research, Localisation, Business Development, Licensing, Legal, etc. ).
Running a Quality Live Service at all times:
- Ensure timely completion of game deliverables, consistent performance of the game in terms of revenue and other key metrics, continuous monitoring for bugs or player issues, and their prompt resolution.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in owning and delivering successful consumer centric products and operations at scale.
- Ability to own and direct a free-to-play business, understanding its key drivers and how the live game and features can positively affect player behaviors and sentiment to drive business outcomes.

- Should be passionate about building a great team, obsessed with solving complex problems, and committed to improving quality and operational performance.
- Proven track record in shipping products in either mobile, web or both.
- Highly committed to creating world class products for a global audience.
- Strong product visionary and strategist
- Capable of translating strategic goals into actionable plans for effective execution
- Startup experience is a plus.
- Experience in leading a multi-disciplinary team of Product Management, Development, QA people and preferably Creative / Production resources as well.
- A proven team leader with outstanding leadership, communication, motivation and management skills.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with cross-functional disciplines, and to influence effectively where there is no direct authority.
- Aptitude to be the voice of the player by understanding player sentiments and bringing that to influence product design and roadmap
- Must have a real passion for playing games, especially on mob
