Looking for a Senior Pre-Sales/Solutioning Professionals who will be partnering with our Sales team to manage the technical and business aspects of the sales cycle across for Energy & Utilities offerings. We're looking for someone who can shape winning proposals and articulate in good verbal and written English language. Someone who is a deal shaper and creates innovative commercial models. Dynamic individuals willing to take the risks necessary to make big ideas come to life and who are comfortable collaborating in our creative, new-idea-driven environment will be key.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the solutions to be deliver to the clients
- Provide vision, strategy and guidance to the Presales team in developing opportunities with prospects and existing customer base
- Play a key role in uncovering opportunities to provide additional solutions within existing major accounts
- Provide business value proposition to existing client base and prospects
- Lead, mentor and coach a team of highly skilled and experienced Presales Consultants
- Observe market trends and competition to be able to present and articulate competitive advantage
- Ensure knowledge management and communicate recommendations, insights, direction and customer requirements into Leadership
- Act as a business leader with gravitas who takes action where necessary in order to achieve the mid and long term goals set by the executive management
- Deliver the expected results whilst balancing short-term tactical and long-term strategic goals
- Drive organization and cultural changes in line with corporate direction
- The individual should be able to build internal and external relationships
- Interpret market trends and economic drivers as they emerge and work with Sales and Business Unit leadership to develop plans, programs, and initiatives that meet these changing market needs
Preferred Candidate:
- Overall Experience 12 to18 years with Min 8-10 years' proven track record in pre-sales, solutions in Utilities Sector.
- Strong pedigree in leading and inspiring others to perform and over-achieve; an innate ability to build great team morale and energy
- Commercial acumen and professional rigor around important details such as reviewing contract terms and conditions
- Proven ability to work well in a matrixed environment, across multiple stakeholder groups, and influence all levels within an organization to get things done
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams through the type of ambiguity and fluidity that can come with a business that is being transformed for growth
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and public presentation skills
- A desire to win, allied to strong ethical values and professional integrity
- Strong technical acumen and ability to learn topics quickly
- Sales and entrepreneurial-mindset
