Position Overview:
We are seeking a customer-focused Director of Product to lead a team of Product Managers. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong product background, passionate about delivering high-quality features. You will inspire your team through direct involvement in strategic planning, technical guidance, and hands-on problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Define and drive product vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
- Develop and execute a product roadmap focused on growth and user needs.
- Collaborate with leadership to set goals and adapt strategy to market trends.
Team Management & Mentorship:
- Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering growth and innovation.
- Guide team members in their development and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Promote a data-centric approach to product development and measure success through key metrics.
- Work with Analytics teams to establish robust data tracking systems.
Product Development & Execution:
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless development and go-to-market strategies.
- Optimize processes to improve efficiency and product quality.
Revenue Growth & Optimization:
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for revenue growth through new features and strategies.
- Lead experiments and A/B tests to optimize monetization.
- Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Serve as the key contact for product-related communication with stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment and transparency through regular updates and collaboration.
Job Requirement:
Qualifications:
Experience & Expertise:
- 8+ years in product management, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing and mentoring high-performing product teams.
- Experience in driving strategy, roadmaps, and execution in fast-paced environments.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong data-driven mindset and strategic thinking skills.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and user acquisition.
Leadership & Collaboration:
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex projects.
Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Additional Requirements: Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry is a plus.
