Key Responsibilities.

HR Leadership:.

- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the HR department, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

- Develop, implement, and refine HR policies and practices that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

HR Business Partnering:.

- Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team on all HR matters.

- Collaborate with business leaders to drive organizational performance and employee engagement.

- Handle complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.

Learning & Development (L&D):.

- Oversee the design and delivery of comprehensive L&D programs to enhance employee skills and career development.

- Conduct training needs analysis and develop targeted training initiatives.

- Evaluate and refine L&D programs to ensure effectiveness and alignment with business objectives.

People Engagement:.

- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

- Develop and implement strategies to promote a positive workplace environment.

- Monitor employee engagement metrics and address areas of concern.

Rewards and Recognition:.

- Develop and manage comprehensive rewards and recognition programs.

- Ensure competitive and fair compensation practices in collaboration with the Compensation team.

Team Leadership:.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR professionals.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

- Manage team performance and development to ensure excellence in HR service delivery.

Qualifications.

Experience:.

- 8-12 years of comprehensive HR experience, with a strong background in HR Business Partnering, Learning & Development, and People Engagement.

- Proven experience working in a SaaS startup environment.

- Experience in a well-established company is highly desirable.

- Significant team leadership experience, managing teams effectively.

Education - Strong academic background from a reputable institution.

Skills:.

- Deep knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Strategic thinking and strong problem-solving capabilities.

- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
