Purpose of the role:
As the Director of Customer Success & Sales,
- You will lead enterprise B2B SaaS Customer Success and Sales efforts targeting the health insurance ecosystem.
- Own Delivery, Customer success, Revenue growth, Market expansion, Key account management, Building partnerships with Health insurers, TPAs, general insurers, and government payers.
Key responsibilities:
1. Customer Programs Delivery
- Be responsible for delivery of customer programs. This requires deep coordination with both External Team(s) across Customer organizations (Insurers, TPAs) and Internal Team(s) to ensure smooth execution and delivery of the program.
- Anticipating roadblocks and managing them, resolving or escalating situations - strong project management skills are required.
- Building deep trusting relationships with key players in the Customer organization. Being the go-to person that the customer calls on whenever any issue arises.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations
2. Drive Growth Through Enterprise SaaS Sales
- Identify and acquire enterprise clients, including health insurers, TPAs, general insurance companies, and government payers.
- Own the end-to-end SaaS sales cycle: lead generation, consultative pitching, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Position Company's platform solutions as indispensable tools for claims digitization, fraud analytics, underwriting, and risk management.
3. Build and Deepen Strategic Relationships
- Manage and grow existing B2B accounts to achieve revenue expansion and client retention goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, understanding their pain points and delivering tailored SaaS/ PaaS solutions.
- Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding and implementation experience.
4. Provide Strategic Insights and Market Expertise
- Analyze trends in the SaaS/ PaaS and health insurance industries to inform sales strategies and refine go-to-market approaches.
- Collect client feedback to contribute to product innovation and solution enhancement.
- Develop business cases and proposals to support long-term partnerships and enterprise sales growth.
5. Lead Sales Operations and Performance Optimization
- Maintain a robust pipeline of SaaS/ PaaS sales opportunities and ensure accurate CRM management.
- Monitor sales metrics and optimize strategies for consistent overachievement of targets.
- Drive compliance with sales processes and documentation, ensuring scalable growth.
