We are hiring Head of Brand Marketing for one of the fastest growing Fintech company, for Bangalore.

Reporting to : Chief of Growth

Profile Type: Team Handling

Span : Pan India

Preferred experience:

- Good written and verbal communication skills, able to converse clearly, concise information to Management and team, ability to multitask

- 12+ years of marketing experience with at least 5 years of managerial and leadership experience

- A master's degree from an accredited educational institution in marketing discipline

- Proven skillsets showcasing brand creation, nurturing, content creation and distribution of content via various forms across all channels

- Significant experience in marketing proliferating consumer facing products and services

- Ability to think strategically and creatively: analyze, synthesize, recommend, and take actions.

- Some knowledge of investment products such as equity, bonds, mutual funds, government securities, etc. and how it is consumed is a must

- Basic finance knowledge for evaluating marketing investments is a must

- Experience working in a consumer facing start-up is a plus

- Financial Services experience is a big plus.

Job Responsibility:

- Create diverse quality Content supporting sales and marketing efforts (Sales Collaterals, Marketing Ads, Customer sales & service comms, Website Content, Blogs, Social Media content, Video's, Educational, Investment opportunity pitch decks, etc.) internally and in partnership with agencies.

- Develop a greater understanding of Customers via customer research, customer. interviews/feedback, Net Promoter score, customer satisfaction, etc.

- Oversee Brand development & voice, brand values and positioning in the market.

- Public Relations management including webinars/events/conferences.

- Own the company's marketing goals.

- Become an expert on our customer acquisition channels, funnels and marketing stack

- Creative content writing skill for financial products.

- Lead the charge on building a data-driven culture, including instrumentation and attribution.

- Work closely with all the external teams including product & tech, investment, finance, and sales teams.

- Creative thoughts process for new era of social media management.
