Director - Asset Wealth Management Strategy

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leader to lead and direct a 20-member team in Mumbai for an Asset Wealth Marketing Strategy team of a large Investment Bank in India.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans for the Asset and Wealth Management (AWM) business.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Develop and implement strategic plans for AWM business.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities.

- Work with senior management to align strategies with overall company goals.

- Manage and develop a team of analysts and strategists.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives.

- Monitor and report on performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field

- 15+ years of experience in financial services, with at least 5 years in AWM

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Experience managing and developing a team.
