About our Client - Our client is a US Banking and Financial Services BPO which operates across the globe. As a global employer of choice, they currently employ over a quarter of a million people worldwide. Their customers include the largest banks across US, Europe and Asia and are looking to hire a Senior Operations Lead in their IB Operations.

Job Description - As a Director - Asset Servicing reporting to a Senior Director, you would be responsible for running the Asset Servicing business for one their biggest clients:

- Managing multiple teams in Investment Banking Asset Servicing and Corporate Actions space

- Extensively collaborate with Product Control, Front and Middle Office

- Ensuring efficient service delivery through effective management of team Managing expectations of global stakeholders and multiple internal client

- Ensuring a controlled environment for operations processing thus achieving & exceeding standards

- Overseeing planning & day to day management of resources to ensure service delivery

- Budgetary Planning & Reporting Being on top of market conditions, regulatory & technological developments to ensure minimization of operational losses and increased resiliency

The Successful Candidate - You must be MBA/Bachelors with at least 16 years of relevant experience within a large Investment Bank or BPO in the operations space and should have been a Vice President for at least 3 to 4 years. You must possess excellent knowledge of Asset Servicing operations with understanding of Corporate Actions Operations. In addition to that, ability to lead, motivate and influence large teams is highly sought. Excellent Communication and stakeholder management skills is a must.
