Director - Artificial Intelligence

About the job:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive AI strategy , aligned with the company's overall business goals and MR roadmap.

- Lead and manage a team of AI researchers, engineers, and data scientists.

- Identify and prioritize AI opportunities within the MR domain, focusing on areas like computer vision, natural language processing, and machine learning.

- Architect and design AI solutions that enhance user experience and functionality within MR products.

- Oversee the entire AI development lifecycle, from data collection and preparation to model training, deployment, and optimization.

- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI research and translate them into practical applications for company products.

- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the AI team.

- Effectively communicate the value and impact of AI to stakeholders across the organization.

- Experience with cloud-based AI platforms and tools (e.g, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java.

- Solid understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and experience deploying AI models on these platforms.

- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience working in an agile development environment.
