Primary Responsibilities :
- Manage analytics product development and implementations with a 12-20-member multi-functional cross-cultural team.
- Develop, manage and groom product backlog with the analytics team, apply strategic and critical business thinking to assist in product development & process recommendations.
- Prioritization of business requirements across project life cycle by working with the leadership team, client teams and the clients.
- Structure and conduct analysis and research, summarize and present findings to internal leadership team and external clients.
- Collaborate with engagement team to deliver high-quality work products & projects.
- Support business development initiatives and proposal efforts - internal/external presentations & demos, RFP/RFI submissions, webinars and blogs.
- Development of effective project work plans by estimating work effort, staffing and project timelines.
- Ability to create, develop and understand analysis based on highly complex structured and unstructured data from a variety of sources in the healthcare industry.
- Manage, mentor, lead the team by example, keep them motivated and excited, inculcate sense of trust and belonging across.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent technical field experience from premiere institute. Advance degree/MBA/M.Tech/Equivalent.
- Experience in consulting, healthcare services, or other relevant work experience with an emphasis on strategic and critical thinking
- Experience in designing and developing data analysis using basic to advanced techniques
- EDA, profiling, correlations, statistical testing, modeling fundamentals - stats and ML
- Either hands on or past experience in conducting data analysis using one or more of - SAS, SQL, R, Python Experience in leading/managing/setting up high performance teams
- Ability to be flexible and work with people across cultures in different geographies (time zones)
- Excels at interacting with a diverse group of people, all levels of management, including senior leadership and clients
- Ability to multi-task competing priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- US Healthcare services industry knowledge and strong business acumen
- Customer centric with a passion for creating value to drive change
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
