This opportunity as the Director - Analytics and MIS to support their Investment Banking captive centre in Mumbai, India requires you to lead a group of highly qualified analytics professionals, delivering business intelligence, MIS, dashboards and strategic inputs to partners located in the global geographies.

Job Description - Reporting in the MD - Investment Banking Operations and handling a team of 20-30 professionals, your main responsibility will be to understand the business requirements of the teams and generate MIS and insights handling large amount of global data using powerful analytics tools. In addition to this you will be responsible for:

- Developing dashboards to help the business make informed decisions.

- Ensure seamless delivery across all teams and regions.

- Maintain and enhance business relationships with senior stakeholders being global touchpoint for the business.

- Create and grow the team from scratch to build this business.

- You would be required to have interface with global businesses, majorly USA and it will require the incumbent to work in a 3 PM to 12 PM shift.

The Successful Candidate - You must be a Masters in Engineering/Statistics/Mathematics with at least 15 years of experience in an analytics, MIS, business intelligence role.

- You must have prior analytics background having worked in an Investment Bank.

- You must be an excellent people leader and should have led teams in the past.

- You should also have good knowledge of either one or a combination of technologies like SAS, SQL, Spotfire and Teradata etc.
