Director Analytics
About the Job:
As a Director of Emerging Technologies and Analytics, you will help establish enterprise-level AI and ML programs and initiatives to support the company's ambitious growth and expansion goals. You also need to have a proven track record of developing and implementing machine learning models in real-world applications, managing teams of machine learning engineers, business intelligence analysts, and data scientists.
What you will do:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement innovative solutions, utilizing emerging technology such as AI/ML and automation to create value and support business goals.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive AI/ML, analytics, and BI strategy aligning with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Oversee the research, development, and deployment of AI/ML models to solve business problems and enhance product offerings.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into products and services, evaluate generative AI algorithms, and extract knowledge and content from unstructured data using multi-modal generative AI methods.
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level solutions using cloud-native platforms.
- Drive the development and implementation of advanced analytics methodologies, techniques, and tools, extracting actionable insights from complex data sets to support decision-making.
- Create and enhance BI solutions, dashboards, and reports to provide timely and accurate information to key stakeholders.
- Work with executives and cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and align data and analytics initiatives with their strategic priorities.
- Provide strong leadership to the technology and analytics team, driving operational excellence through process improvement, effective design, and performance measurement.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in the industry and recommend tools, platforms, and methodologies to enhance the organization's data capabilities and competitive advantage.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team, ensuring their professional growth and development, and oversee hiring, onboarding, and ongoing performance management.
- Establish a collaborative and innovative work environment, adhering to relevant data privacy laws and industry regulations.
