Roles & Responsibilities:
Will be the custodian of the Media Strategy for key clients in each of the offices.
Capable of identifying data trends across new/ emerging data sources and traditional data sources to arrive at insights.
Raise the bar on overall planning product. Responsible for identifying and leading all data and analytics projects for clients.
Make strategic recommendations based on category understanding using syndicated studies, digital data sources and client data
Lead discussions on identifying Markets, Budget setting, Portfolio planning etc.
Responsible for usage of agency tools for strategic recommendations and also train planners on tools in respective offices
Constantly updated with developments in both online and offline media. Understand the implications for clients and thereby incorporate in recommendations.
Track media trends and update clients and internal teams
Develop client specific planning guidelines
Identify business challenges and recommend project based solutions like research, modelling, distribution planning etc.
Work closely with Gain Theory in delivering these projects.
Required: Minimum 10 years of experience in a media agency working across Client servicing, Implementation planning and Strategic planning roles.
