About our Client - As one of the world's leading healthcare organization, our client provides end to end healthcare services to more than 50 million people worldwide. Now with continued expansion of their India global hub, they are keen to recruit a senior analytics professional to augment their business for generating insights for their business globally.

Job Description - Reporting into the Vice president and leading a big team your main responsibility will be to consolidate and set up the entire analytics division in the business. In addition to this you will be responsible to develop the analytics business pitching into external clients. Your main responsibilities will be as follows- Act as a change manager to integrate all the analytics teams and set up a consolidated vertical

- Liaise with senior stakeholders to come up with critical business strategies

- Build your own business and pitch into new clients to provide analytics services

- Leading teams in multiple geographies like US, South East Asia etc

- Support the management in Business Development initiatives

The Successful Candidate - You would be a postgraduate from a top tier business school with a minimum of 12 years of experience in analytics, consulting and implementing strategic projects within global businesses. It's a challenge that calls for a self starter who will thrive in this diverse and dynamic environment a professional with extensive experience front ending with clients and business partners for a significant period and proven ability to drive large teams. In addition, you must be an excellent thought leader and someone who has exposure to delivery of projects. Furthermore you must have the exposure to work across geographies and liaise with key stakeholders within and outside the business with excellent negotiation skills.
