About our Client - Our client is a leading healthcare organization with a global footprint of more than 100 offices. They specialize in end to end healthcare service provided to more than 50 million people worldwide. As a result of expansion within the Indian market they want to consolidate their analytics teams and develop it to be a central hub for generating insights for the business.

Job Description - Reporting into the Vice president and heading a team of 3-4 senior professionals your main responsibility will be to consolidate and set up the entire analytics division in the business. In addition to this you will be responsible to develop the business and pitch into new clients. Your main responsibilities will be as follows- Act as a change manager to integrate all the analytics teams and set up a consolidated vertical

- Liaise with senior stakeholders to come up with critical business strategies

- Build your own business and pitch into new clients to provide analytics services

- Leading teams in multiple geographies like US, South East Asia etc

- Support the management in Business Development initiatives

The Successful Candidate - You would be a postgraduate from a Top tier business school with a minimum of 12 years of experience in analytics, consulting and implementing strategic projects within global businesses. You should have front ended with clients and business partners for a significant period and handled big teams from diverse backgrounds. You must be an excellent thought leader and someone who has exposure to delivery of projects. You must have the exposure to work across geographies and liaise with key stakeholders within and outside the business. In addition to this you must possess excellent negotiation skills.
