ROLE DESCRIPTION:
- Leads the Analytics team in bringing out deep insights, that enable strategic decisions in the organization
- Evangelizes data-driven decision making throughout the organization
- Owns data visibility, penetration, and it's accuracy - Builds, maintains, and improves analytics tools across the organization
- Creation and management of data architecture/setup in the company.
- Owns up to the hygiene of fundamental data constructs like facts - Manage and mentor a team analysts, and enable great career paths
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 7 years experience in delivering analytic results
- Minimum 2 years experience working in a management or leadership capacity, should have managed at least 10 BA + SBAs
- At least 2 years of Analytics experience in Consumer Internet
- Knowledge of a statistical programming language, like R or Python, and a database querying language like SQL (preferred)
- Good knowledge of basic statistics
