Director - Analytics Consulting - IIM/IIT

ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our client is a leading financial services firm looking for providing cutting edge analytics consulting to their clients in Americas and EMEA market. Based out of Gurgaon, you would be part of the new business unit managing a sizable team of analytics professionals.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Analytics Consulting Head, you would be responsible for leading a sizable team of top talents that would be involved in

- Running business insights for clients within Travel, Retail, F&B and online industry; hence developing a new suite of offering to the business partners for maximising their revenue.

- Utilizing end to end critical customer data and providing actionable insights to help business improve performance and capitalize on new opportunities.

- Managing stakeholders in Americas and providing them the assignment delivery through team based in India. Additionally figure out further business opportunities through the assignment that are being delivered.

- Building a strong and effective team to support and execute engagement delivery globally.

- Overseeing team developing models, indices and client analysis to meet Business Insights objectives

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT

- You would be an IIM graduate & Bachelors from IIT or other top tier overseas university with at least 8 years of post qualification experience.

- Experience within consulting is a must with exposure to analytics and a solid appreciation for data in cards industry.

- The incumbent would have track record of success in thought leadership, structuring a problem, ability to generate new projects and ability to manage relationship with senior stakeholders.

- Prior experience in leading and motivating a sizable team of highly qualified individuals is a must.

- Furthermore you would have knowledge of SAS, SQL and econometric experience to translate analytical finds to business implications.
