This opportunity as the Director - Analytics to support their Consumer Banking captive centre in Mumbai, India requires you to lead a group of highly qualified analytics professionals, delivering analytics solutions and strategic inputs to partners located in the global geographies.

Job Description - Reporting into Head of Analytics, you will be responsible to lead the analytics business for marketing, risk and operations analytics and demonstrate active, effective leadership by inspiring a vision, motivating a passion to excel and cultivating the firm values. You would also be responsible for:

- Effectively manage a team of 45 to 50 people focused on evaluating, recommending and implementing business strategies

- Actively partner with onshore senior stakeholders across multiple lines of consumer businesses to build relationship and grow the business

- Provide thought leadership in all aspects of marketing analytics, retention analytics, customer service analytics and sales enablement etc.

- Developing and growing the team members into high-quality modelers

- Ensuring compliance and control in information exchange , analytics process , projects delivery and documentation

The Successful Candidate - As a successful applicant, you should have:

- Prior experience in leading the analytics team for a financial institution or a consulting firm managing a large team

- Over 12 years of experience in within analytics business post your MBA/Masters degree in a quantitative discipline (Economics, Statistics or Maths) is a must

- Experience in building and maturing analytics capability to advanced analytics like Marketing Analytics, predictive analytics and Customer analytics for a financial services firm

- You have exceptional management, analysis and presentation skills and have demonstrated experience to attract and retain a high performing team.
