We use innovative technology to consult, design and sell wedding related services to customers, and ensure high quality fulfillment of the same. We are funded by top tier investors and looking for an experienced Director of Alliances to build partnerships with venues pan-India.
We partner with venues for:
- Lead generation & lead exchange
- Provide an integrated experience for the end customer.
Responsibility:
- Study and understand the venue landscape across India.
- Formulate & implement venue partnership strategy for different types of venues.
- Build, coach and manage a team of business development executives.
- Meet CXO/director/VP/Proprietor level stakeholders to build partnerships.
- Drive venue to adopt and use our technology as intended.
- Assimilate feedback and provide actionable insights on usage of our technology.
- Drive lead generation.
- Solve any sales or operational issues involving venues.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in business development or sales
- Experience with closing high value or high stakes deals.
- Experience dealing with large brands and/or CXO level personnel of large institutions.
- B2B experience is a must.
- Hospitality industry experience is a plus, but not required.
- Tier-1 MBA preferred
