- Lead the Project Management Services Team
- Partner with Business's Regional Digital Enterprise teams to support Business DE transformation roadmap. Participate in planning and mobilization activities as business groups go through their respective transformation activities supporting strategy/execution in OKRs, roadmaps, value stream mapping.
- Coordinate with other teams, facilitate preparation for Product Increment Planning, and coach the Agile Release Train Engineer, Agile Delivery lead and Platform / Journey owners in delivery of features and capabilities planned over the quarter.
- Provide the educational support to the organization on Agile principles and Scrum/ Kanban practices or any additional Agile techniques to increase the Company-wide execution, innovation and overall maturity.
- Hold a leadership role within the Transformation team to help remove organizational impediments and facilitate an environment of continuous improvement and adoption of agile/scrum practices.
- Provide 1:1 mentoring and coaching for purposes of development, support or remediation across all levels of the organization.
- Proactively analyze and make recommendations for improvements to existing agile organizational practices and patterns at the team level. Share best practices and insights across the organization to remove impediments to the implementation of agile.
- As a Global transformation coach, promote agility across the organization through community of practices, forums, workplace, etc.
