The client is an American MNC - product based company and global leader in the healthtech industry.

Description

- Facilitate scrum meetings, team collaboration and drive productivity

- Mentors and develops the skills of other Scrum Masters and Product Owners, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog

- Uses SDLC management tools to track and visualize work team progress

- Driving process improvement and the decomposition of organizational silos

- Foster a trusting and psychologically safe culture with a focus on problem solving and promote a "learn by doing" behavior

- Inspire individuals and teams to deliver key results, demonstrating the passion for business outcomes and encouraging the attitude that anything is possible

- Understands the strategic direction set by senior management and aligns Scrum practices as it relates to team goals and business outcomes

- Develop collaborative relationships within the broader organization in support of removing impediments or assisting team members in doing so

- Assist with internal and external communication, applying the principle of making work visible, improving transparency and radiating information

Profile

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in computer science, business or similar field.

- 8+ years of administering Scrum, Kanban, and modern engineering practices and 5+ years experience coaching agile practices at a department or organizational level.

- CSM or PSM certifications with clear ability to distinguish between what "is Scrum" what "is not Scrum"

- Other preferred agile leadership certifications are PMI-ACP, CSP, CSPO, CSD, PSPO, PSD

- Experience with agile and scrum management tools like Jira, Confluence, TFS, ServiceNow, etc.

- Knowledge of the healthcare revenue cycle, EMRs, practice management systems, FHIR, HL7 or HIPAA
