Director - Advertising Sales - Media Firm

Seeking an ideal candidate for the role of Ad Sales Director (South India) for a prominent Media and Entertainment organization, to be located in Bengaluru, India

Requirements:

- 7 - 10 Years of Ad sales experience (Television Media Sales)

- Cultivate and manage client relationships in international markets.

- Propose Channel offerings to clients based in South India region to advertise in international territories for the client's TV & OTT businesses.

- Identify advertising opportunities and negotiate deals.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for campaign execution.

- Adapt sales approaches to different cultural nuances.

- Strong communication skills and market analysis expertise

- Lead a team, deliver on annual targets.

- Manage South India region & generate business from existing & new clients.
