- The Director, Workfront Architect, will be responsible for architecting and designing Workfront implementations, and leading Workfront development teams. You will interact with business and IT teams and will lead all implementation activities on Workfront. You will bring strategic and tactical experience to deliver Workfront experience to our users. You will own the architecture and design of complex solutions,
- You will be responsible for ensuring that client systems accurately meet the defined expectations and objectives of the business, ensuring that proper testing is implemented, and performance and security requirements are closely monitored by working with the project teams. You must also be able to identify and confirm technical design risks and develop mitigating approaches.
- Requirements - Lead and contribute to the implementation of Adobe Workfront, including platform setup, configuration, and customization based on client requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business processes, workflows, and system integrations within Adobe Workfront.
- Provide guidance and best practices on setting up project templates, user roles, access permissions, and other system configurations.
- Perform consultant role for Adobe Workfront-related inquiries, providing expert-level guidance and support to both internal teams and external clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Adobe Workfront, working closely with various technical teams as necessary.
- Stay updated on the latest features, updates, and enhancements in Adobe Workfront and proactively share this information with relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and documentation to educate users on the functionalities and best practices of Adobe Workfront.
- Assist in developing user guides, SOPs, FAQs, and other support materials to facilitate user adoption and self-service support.
- Conduct user feedback sessions and gather insights to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for optimizing Adobe Workfront usage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, IT teams, and business stakeholders, to understand their requirements and align Adobe Workfront capabilities accordingly. - Build deep relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on Adobe Workfront-related matters.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, issues, and resolutions.
- Identify opportunities for accelerators, innovations, process improvement, automation, and efficiency gains using Adobe Workfront.
- Basic Qualifications - End to end implementation experience with Workfront
- Experience leading complex marketing process conversations to help drive workflow designs
- Experience leading teams (on and offshore) and technology engagements, including client and consulting staff
- Strong communication skills (interactions with executive clients and sponsors)
- Experience leading multiple large full lifecycle Workfront implementations
- Experience integrating Workfront with CMS, Marketing Automation Systems, and other cross-channel campaign execution systems
- Experience onboarding new user groups to the tool and process, leveraging change management best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite. Familiarity with common corporate technologies such as Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Teams, Jira, and SharePoint.
