i. Provide leadership and strategic vision for the Admissions and Outreach function of the University for achieving the admission philosophy, objectives and sanctioned intake for the given Academic Year.
ii. Foster strong relationships with leadership of high quality Schools and other viable prospective student/educator communities.
iii. Collaborate with the branding and marketing functions withing the University and external agencies to create engaging branding strategies for reaching prospective students.
iv. Manage all personnel functions including, selection, training, supervision, professional development, and performance evaluation.
v. Represent the University in national and international forums of collaborations between Universities, School Leadership, Educator and Parent Communities.
vi. Develop long-term organizational goals and strategic plans of Admissions and Outreach functions.
Qualities:
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a University context is a must.
- Wide and engaged relationships with the School/Educator community is a must.
- Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, networking and verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of current technologies, digital platforms, etc. utilized in admission processes.
- Ability to compile, prepare, write, and review reports as well as the capacity to analyze,comprehend, and provide appropriate solutions to problems and courses of action.
