- Exceptional body of work in independently leading, stabilizing and growing mid to large Shared Services operations with at least 250 to 300 FTE(s)
- Experienced in leading end to end finance shared service implementation and stabilization in a greenfield site
- Has been responsible for managing a shared service with end to end financial accounting processes
- Track record of consistently delivery against SLAs and KPI and business outcomes
- Experience in developing and executing action plans for performance management
- Ability to provide thought leadership internally and to the client organizations
- Experience of managing a dynamic client landscape with multiple senior stakeholders
- Strong technology and analytical mindset
- Ability to understand a complex telecom systems landscape
- Exposure of managing multi - country, multi-currency finance operations
- Experience of sponsoring transformation programs with interdependencies with the client IT and finance landscape
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall performance of the account on SLA, NPS and growth
- Provide operational direction for Finance Shared Service (FSS) team/s
- Ensure sustained delivery of SLAs
- Ensure prompt resolution of issues raised by clients
- Provide executive sponsorship to transformation projects to deliver tangible cost and service benefits for the account
- Provide direction to support organizations such as Training, Risk and Compliance, Quality and Transformation / Digitization teams
- Establish a review framework with controllers and heads of transaction processing teams to drive continuous improvement
