Role

Responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of company operations. Will include direct responsibility for accounting, finance, taxation, forecasting, strategic planning job, deal analysis, and negotiations etc.

- Develop and implement financial statistical measures to evaluate the existing and future financial situation and make timely recommendations to the senior management concerning major changes in the existing environment.

- Ensuring the best accounting practices and financial controls while driving automation and simplification of various processes.

- Ensuring strict compliance with tax regulations including dealing with external bodies including Service Tax, Auditors, Income Tax and other statutory bodies.

- Effective management of cash flow and working capital.

- Manage banking and government relationships effectively.

- Develop and maintain monthly, quarterly and annual accounting to meet statutory requirements.

- Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts and financial management systems in collaboration with the management team.

- Ensuring robustness of Revenue Assurance practices and internal controls in revenue collections and accounting.

- Contribute to the commercial and strategic development of the business.

- Inspires Others: Builds and maintains relationships that motivate, guide, and/or reinforce the performance of others toward goal accomplishments.

Qualification -

1. Qualification - CA

2. 10-12 years of post-qualification experience in Accounts, Finance, taxation, Budgeting

3. Fluency with Tally, Excel, PowerPoint and other office productivity software
