Our client is a Leading Corporate; We are looking for Director - Account Management (Gurgaon). The incumbent would be responsible for all aspects of a client's business, acts as primary point for senior clients, and team lead. Also lead a team of account managers and drive smarter ad solutions.
This opportunity will allow you to apply your advertising expertise to identify and implement new solutions.
Strategy and Innovation
- Conceptualize creative strategies and pro-actively provide ideas - act as a strategic partner to the business
- Work closely with the strategy team, to understand client's business and competitive landscape, and develop business direction/strategy
- Able to understand consumer insights and apply results to planning process
- Lead third party research studies
Media Planning
- Solid understanding of online and offline planning
- Skilled interpretation of client briefs and writing strategic plans, establish strategies to meet objectives
- Extensive understanding of different media channels
- Approve media plans
Client Service:
- Manage and own client relationships on portfolio of accounts
- Primary client contact
- Client retention and satisfaction
- Build and nurture relationships with client partner agencies, ensuring collaboration, strong partnership and a united vision to achieve client business objectives
REQUIREMENTS:
If you have 7-12 years of advertising (preferably digital) experience of handling client relationships and hold a Master's Degree (Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications) Please write to us.
