The e-commerce platform that we're hiring for - Orderbox - is used by over 75,000 businesses and 1.5 million end-customers.

As part of the team, you will work with world-class engineering, usability, business development, design and marketing teams to develop and evangelise on or more ground-breaking, large scale, globally distributed, web products

You would be responsible for :

- Own and drive overall product strategy and roadmap for the platform in concert with various business stakeholders

- Lead a team of product managers in understanding business and user needs, and translating them into written specifications and UX wireframes

- Mentor and grow the product team to deliver a world-class experience for our customers

- Drive product/feature implementations across cross-functional teams including design, development and marketing

- Continually assess market trends, monitor the performance of products/features and champion improvements

- Evangelise products internally and externally, and manage user feedback processes across various channels

Who should apply :

- You have at least 3+ years of experience working as a Sr Product Manager/Product Manager in an internet company

- You are extremely self-driven, passionate and have experience in driving product/feature launches

- You have a knack for understanding user needs and translating them into user stories and specs/wireframes.

- You've previously worked on creating user interface prototypes and wireframes on paper, PowerPoint, Visio or prototyping tools such as Axure / Balsamiq

- You are comfortable making product decisions based on a deep understanding of customer behaviour as well as using data

- Your oral and written communication skills are immaculate

- You must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science. MBA is a plus
