Looking candidate for Automobile OEM (MNC)

Job Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities:

- TDS returns filing, follow up of TDS returns filed, corrections etc

- Tax Audit, TP Audit, coordination with statutory audit

- Tax Planning

- Income Tax Assessment, TP Assessment

- Support for Appeal Process

Functional Competencies required:

- Familiar with Direct Tax Laws

- Familiar with Transfer Pricing Regulations

- Familiar with TDS related provisions - Quarterly Returns, Annual Returns etc

- Familiar with Income Tax amendments

- Familiar with accounting of transactions, accounting standards
