About our Client - Our client is a leading professional advisory firm in the country of high repute on the segment of tax advisory. They are currently looking for a professional and experienced Chartered Accountant/LLB to join them as a Manager - Direct Tax based out of Mumbai

Job Description - As a Manager - Direct Taxation you will be reporting into the Partner/Director. You will be responsible for :

- Manage the execution and developing the tax practice

- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, regulatory authority and Tax firms

- Deal with exchange control, FDI and other regulatory authorities

- Understand the client and their needs

- Being diligent regarding:

- Billing cycles and collections

The Successful Candidate - As a successful applicant you MUST be a Chartered Accountant/LLB with 4 - 5 years post qualification experience in corporate tax and international tax. Additional qualification of CS will be an added advantage. Strong technical knowledge in Direct Tax whilst having extensive experience in consultancy is a key requirement. Work experience in Regulatory work related to SEBI, RBI, NBFC, FEMA etc. is highly desirable.
