UK/AEJ Tax

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 1-6 years

Following is the Job Synopsis :

We are looking for people who are currently working in Indian/ Domestic Taxation and would be interested to work with UK/ AeJ Tax

- Preparation/review of corporation tax computations & returns, indirect tax returns and withholding tax returns

- Preparation/review of tax provisions under US GAAP on an accurate and timely basis

- Liaising with and preparation of responses to Audit correspondence\issues.

- Reviewing any new tax legislation that may impact the relevant entities

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

- Excellent written, verbal & presentation communication skills

- Must be a qualified CA

- Experience with US GAAP is preferrable
