We are looking to hire talented Tax Team Members for the Direct Tax team in Mumbai, Delhi, and Bangalore.

Positions Available: 4

Experience Required: 2-8 years

Location: Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

- Advising on the provisions of the Indian Income-tax Act, tax treaties, and interpretational issues

- Working on M&A transactions, drafting, and negotiating transaction documents

- Structuring inbound/outbound investments, M&A deals, repatriation of funds, externalization, etc.

- Conducting research, writing articles, and papers with a keen interest in tax law

- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

- Thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a strong desire to learn

Ideal Candidates:

- Qualified lawyers with expertise in tax law

- CA qualification will be an added advantage
