- 6 - 8 years in sales and business development, referral marketing or luxury goods.
- Research market trends, competitors to understand dynamics of the cookware industry as well as direct selling industry.
- Create a list of organizations, institutions, clubs etc. that can be tapped for reaching to the targeted customer
- Manage national sales operations of direct selling business
- Plan activities to develop lead generation infrastructure / distributors
- Ensure the execution and achievement of the AOP
- Visit potential markets and customers across pan India for increasing tie ups and collaborations
- Reliable business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Ability to identify market/consumer trends and to cater to customers' needs
- Experience in dealing with Direct Selling /HNI/ luxury goods is preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Clear and easy communicator
- Motivated, enthusiastic and quick learnability to use MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
