- Seek for possible new customers and turn leads into more business prospects.
- Within the specified market or geographic area, find and build relationships with new clients through cold calling and networking events.
- Identify important decision-makers in the client companies and set up meetings to discuss appropriate solutions.
- Work together with the sales team to create customised proposals that cater to the goals and demands of clients.
- Take part in talks and negotiations over prices to guarantee competitive products.
- Effectively handle client issues and objections to ensure successful results.
- Introduce new goods and services to current customers and look for upselling possibilities.
- Communicate with internal technical teams to guarantee that client needs are effectively satisfied.
- Attend conferences and events in the business to keep up with competition activity and market trends.
- Offer senior management strategic insights on market trends and chances for product and service distribution and growth.
- Make use of your market expertise to create distinctive selling propositions and spot possible campaign chances.
- Ensure that the company's CRM system contains accurate records of all interactions with clients and sales activity.
- Assist the team in meeting and surpassing objectives by setting and monitoring sales targets.
- Work together with the marketing team to complete prequalification and vendor listings, among other requirements, in order to meet client engagement goals.
