Role : Direct Sales Engineer - Chillers & Air Conditioning
Location : Bangalore
Must Have : Experience in Direct Sales of Solution, Concept selling in AC (Air Conditioning Companies), Engineered Products or Chillers or Precision Air-conditioning
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 2-6 years of Experience in Sales
- B.E / B. Tech with 2-6 years of Experience in Sales
- B.E with Post Graduate (MBA) with 2-6 years of Experience in Sales
- Sales Handled of large business size
People Management Responsibilities - As a team Manager
- In Sales of Solution, Concept selling, Engineered Products or Chillers or Precision Air-conditioning field
- Sells the Products or Solutions with highest profit
- Commercially strong & has the ability to get to the point & close a deal fast
- Love to have social events with existing/potential clients
- Have Real Good Business friends (GBF)
- Always find new clients, and develop some of them to new GBF
- Open minded with big ears
- Effectively communicate benefits to the client instead of features
- Has high energy levels
- Analytical & visualises an opportunity very early
- Convinces and Gives the clients what he/she needs and not what they want/ask for
- Dare to say No to a client, if the specification doesn't suit own company's product portfolio
- Hates to lose an order
- Never gives up a follow-up of quotation until it is lost or won
- Always analyze why won/lost the order
- Quite "lazy" which means high efficiency in everything like phone calls/visits, planning, travelling
- Prefer to be with clients instead of being in the office
- Enough technical skills, but not a "freak", colleagues could help with this support technically

- Meet Budget in terms of Sales / Service / Collections.
- Travel extensively to meet Clients, Consultants, Architects & Channel Partners
- Identify & network with Key clients in East Zone
- Utilize earlier contacts with Consultants
Supervisory :
- Recruitment of Staff as per approved vacancies
- Develop Junior team members & provide coaching & training
- Maintaining Office discipline.
