- The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic direction and execution at all internal and external communications, events and campaigns, empowering the brand across the globe.
- An individual with avid curiosity combined with the ability to translate creative and innovative ideas into compelling and effective communication. An incumbent will be responsible for advising as well as developing broad range of communication strategies, outreach programs and initiatives that effectively educate, inform, and build relationships through all print, digital and social media channels.
Roles and responsibilities :
- Able to develop communications strategy, working with senior executives, internal teams and business managers, developing engagement strategies around business challenges and future vision.
- Responsible for driving innovation and bringing in new communication ideas on the basis of market research, customer insights and business imperatives
- Should have exceptional command over the English language, enable to draft business leadership, internal messages, being an impact-driven communications strategist enable to deliver successful 360-degree communication campaigns.
- Broadcast news/ campaigns via Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Google+ and social media channels, managing the Case study, White Paper, Corporate website and design new pages in coordination with in-house designers and editorial group for internal communication campaigns and communication related activities.
- Develop and implement communications initiatives and channels to engage, educate and inspire employees/users on major initiatives.
- Work closely with the management/ stakeholders to develop appropriate strategies & customized programs/campaigns.
Desired candidate skills/ Preferred skills :
- 5 to 15 years of experience in creative communications
- Attention to detail and results oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills.
