Main Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead procurement financial planning for the budget and quarterly updates
- Collaborate with Sourcing managers to ensure/validate the cost savings and run-rate and In year savings reporting & impact on P&L
- Prepare monthly dashboard to report variance against budget and reasons for variance
- Support & Work with business/finance/procurement leaders to identify areas to optimise cost during contract renewals/contract negotiation
- Work with procurement analytics team to provide better insights and inferences to drive cost optimisation or process improvements
- Establish metrics around cost savings, supplier performance & supply chain efficiency
Essential qualifications, skills and experience :
- Good communication skills as role requires working closely with onshore stakeholders
- Knowledge of formal procurement and accountancy procedures
- Have work experience in finance/procurement for minimum 5 years
- Should be well versed with excel and powerpoint
- Basic knowledge of Ariba (basics)
