- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience and expertise in SAP HR implementation projects and/or applications maintenance - (mandatory).
- Proven track record of successful implementation and maintenance of module configuration and customization in SAP HCM (Human Capital Management - (mandatory).
- Experience in implementation and maintenance of Payroll modules and Time Management - (mandatory).
- Knowledge and implementation experience of SAP SF (Success Factors); EC (Employee Central) and ECP (Employee Central Payroll) - (mandatory)
- Global understanding of SAP HR modules integration in the SAP Cloud Solutions: SAP S/4Hana Public and Private Cloud Solutions - (mandatory)
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA HR functionalities - (differentiate).
- Knowledge of SAP Security Concepts and Authorization management within SAP, ensuring secure access to HR data - (differentiate).
- Familiarity with SAP Data Migration tools and processes to ensure smooth transitions and data consistency during system upgrades or implementations - (differentiate).
- Ability to design and implement workflows to streamline HR processes and approvals - (differentiate).
- Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing Solution that integrates with SAP S/4HANA. Knowledge of this module is beneficial for HR reporting and analytics - (differentiate).
