Process Team Lead- Finance/Accounts- Insurance
Job Description:
- 5 to 7 years of experience in managing teams in finance, accounting, and reconciliation process.
- Experience in Investment Operations with Insurance Industry.
- Understanding of Reconciliation methodology, open item tracking and reporting, research and analysis of open items is a must.
- Understand investments, securities, trade cycle, sub systems versus general ledgers, data interface.
- Degree in Accountancy and qualifications from professional accounting bodies would be an added advantage - Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA/CA/ICWA/CA Inter/ICWA Inter.
- Responsible for leading and managing end to end operations and key business metrics.
- Understand and support to teams to conceptualize and implement initiatives that have a direct impact on KPIs, SLA/Metrics.
- Continuously improve quality of processes & deliverables by establishing a regular process check and measurement mechanism.
- Communicate results, identify successes, failures, trends, and projections.
- Summarize performance results and findings and communicate actionable recommendations to client organization through regular governance calls.
- Identification, Research, Analyze and clearing of OPR open items with data flowing between systems - Eagle STAR, Bank Statements, SAP, DQ360.
