Overview:

As the Platform Leader for End User Compute (EUC) and Collaboration (O365), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of IT platform in EUC and Collab services. Reporting directly to the Enterprise Operations IT Director, this mid-senior management position requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of EUC and Collaboration (O365) technologies, coupled with strong leadership and project management skills.

Job Description:

- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of overall future needs for EUC and O365/Collaboration services in close alignment with respective business and IT area covering security technologies.

- Lead and manage the End User Compute (EUC) and Microsoft O365 team operations & projects, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive team performance and success.

- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize End User Compute (EUC) and Microsoft O365 solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.

- Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of Microsoft 0365 applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and other collaborative tools.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business requirements and recommend solutions that enhance end user experience and productivity.

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of End User Compute (EUC) and Microsoft O365 services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies industry trends including security and compliance features related to End User Compute (EUC) and Microsoft O365, providing thought leadership and strategic guidance to senior leadership.

- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team, encouraging innovation and knowledge sharing to drive operational excellence.

- Manage vendor and Microsoft relationships and contracts related to End User Compute (EUC) and Microsoft O365 services, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and budgetary requirements.

- Drive innovation with OEMs like Microsoft etc. and IT Partners by using the OEM product roadmap.

- Provide practical guidance on how to improve service portfolio with industry standards such as automation, self-service etc.

- Design and build roadmap for service portfolio and track regular progress.

- Work with senior leaders like Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Legal Officers, CISO, Deputy CISO, Chief Enterprise architect, IT Leadership team, on service portfolio processes and take part in investigations with complete privacy and only a few people involved.

- Plan and implement optimization methods to help reduce the organization's expenses.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology; MBA considered advantageous.

- 10+ years of IT experience, specializing in managing EUC and O365/collaboration services for both projects and operations.

- Proven vendor management skills, with experience overseeing budgets of up to - 5+ million annually.

- Demonstrated mid-level leadership, showing strong potential for higher management roles.

- Strong technical background in End User Compute and O365/collaboration, and relevant security aspects.

- Familiarity with ITIL processes.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.

- Experience managing budgets, negotiating contracts, driving RFPs, and fostering relationships with vendors and service providers.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and make sound decisions in fast-paced environments.

- Proficient in managing personnel, including performance evaluations, individual meetings, coaching, and development planning.

- Expertise in technologies such as Intune, SCCM, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps), OneDrive.

- Solid understanding of Microsoft platforms, including strategic planning, products, and licensing models.
