KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Operational Excellence:

i. Build, Lead and manage operational excellence processes and initiatives across the financial shared services organization.

ii. Develop and implement process improvement strategies using Six Sigma methodologies.

iii. Conduct detailed process mapping to analyse and document existing processes.

iv. Utilize FMEA to identify and prioritize potential risks and areas for improvement.

v. Perform RCA to investigate and resolve root causes of process inefficiencies and defects.

2. Process Improvement:

i. Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains through continuous improvement and Kaizen methodologies.

ii. Design and execute improvement projects to enhance process performance, quality, and productivity.

iii. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process standardization and best practices.

iv. Monitor and measure the impact of process improvements using key performance indicators (KPIs).

3. Project Management:

i. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

ii. Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for process improvement initiatives.

iii. Facilitate project meetings, track progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

iv. Ensure adherence to project management standards and methodologies.

4. Change Management:

i. Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.

ii. Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on process improvement methodologies and tools.

iii. Communicate the benefits of operational excellence initiatives to gain buy-in from stakeholders at all levels.

5. Continuous Improvement Culture:

i. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

ii. Encourage and support employees in identifying and implementing process improvements.

iii. Recognize and reward teams and individuals for their contributions to operational excellence.

iv. Cultivating a quality culture on the operations floor using flyers, posters, emails, floor sessions etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

- Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or a related role within a financial shared services environment.

- Proven track record of leading successful process improvement projects and delivering measurable results.

- Strong knowledge of Six Sigma tools and methodologies, including process mapping, FMEA, RCA, and Kaizen.

- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in process improvement software and tools.
