We're hiring a Human Resources Transition Manager for a full-time on-site role located in Kolkata metropolitan area. As a Human Resources Transition Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end transition process for employees through mergers, acquisitions or restructuring, and ensuring compliance with local employment laws. You'll also be responsible for supporting the HR integration process and developing and implementing HR transition plans, policies and processes to meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in Human Resources Transition Management, preferably in a consulting firm or a multinational organization
- Excellent understanding of local employment laws and regulations
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex HR integration and transition programs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS applications
- HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR are a plus
