- Perform Processing defined activities for entire life cycle of an employee i.e HIRE-Retire.
- Processes (Core HR, Helpdesk, Reporting, Time & Attendance, Pre-Payroll, Onboarding & Recruitment, Mobility, Learning Administration & Sales Incentive).
- Adhere to the Service Level Agreements for the assigned activities in HIRE TO RETIRE cycle, Processing and Quality Check activities.
- Participate in Quality assurance process (Maker & Checker) role to prevent defects and give 100% accuracy.
- Involvement in all Audits i.e. internal and external as required to ensure 100% compliance.
- Monitor and report on the quality of data being processed and uploaded. Example - /SAP/GEMS/Excel Reports etc. and various other applications provided by client/TCS for Service delivery.
- Track & Inform day to day updated on Volumes & Timelines for service delivery
- If any Escalation from Customer should perform Root Cause Analysis and report to Team Lead/Senior Manager.
- Interact with Vendors Internal TCS stake holders & Customers as per processing need.
- Maintain transparent communication with immediate Supervisors, with respect to work undertaken and ensure due to any personal related issues, SLA's should not get breached.
- Validate the data source for any processing activities and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures
- Attend & Contribute to Daily Huddles, Meetings & Adhoc Meetings.

- Organizational and time management skills
- Any additional training and certification in Human Resource Management will be considered an advantage

- Patience for dealing with difficult situations
- Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HR software's. Example - ServiceNow, SAP, Peoplesoft, Siebel, etc.
