- Ensure process documentation including roles & responsibilities, process flows are up-to-date.
- Monitor Process Health Indicators (PHI) and ensure process compliance by working with stakeholders within Upfield and BPO partner to deliver as per Target Operating model and agreed RACI.
- Act as process expert to assess change requests - its impact on people, process and technology.
About you!
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have the below skills:
- Extensive knowledge of the end-to-end Bill to Cash process including Billing/Invoicing, Collection, Credit Management, Customer Master Data, Dispute Management.
- Experience of managing BPO partner (Service Delivery and Service Management) to keep them accountable for contracted services, continuous improvement and deliver on agreed costs.
- High sense of accountability and responsibility for results and team performance.
- Working experience of SAP modules relevant for the Bill to Cash process.
- Good knowledge of SAP Roles and Authorization protocols for Bill to Cash process to manage the SoD conflicts and transaction access as the role owner.
- Knowledge of related technology like SAP TPM/TCM, EDI ordering, EDICOM / Seeburger (e-Invoicing), WebCollect (workflow), RPA platforms, Microsoft Office 365 tools including Power BI would be an added advantage.
- Experience in project management and/or transformation would be an asset.
- Up-to-date knowledge of emerging process & technology trends and developments in areas of interest to the organization.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, or a related field from an accredited college/university with 9+ years of work experience
- 8+ years of experience in Finance Shared Services including Bill to Cash
- 3+ years of experience in team and BPO partner management
- Knowledge of SAP and Bill to Cash tools
- Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- "Can do" attitude, ability to work in a challenging and dynamic environment
