- Configure and support SAP S/4 HANA for various workflows related to the HR module.
- Set up and manage HR Mini Master within SAP S/4 HANA.
- Create and manage Employee Vendors in the Business Partner module.
- Configure Employee Business Person functionality within the Business Partner module.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration of HR processes within the SAP system.
- Provide troubleshooting support and resolve any configuration-related issues.
- Document processes and configurations for future reference and training purposes.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Proven experience as an SAP HCM Functional Consultant, specifically in SAP S/4 HANA.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA configurations related to HR workflows.
- Expertise in HR Mini Master configuration.
- Experience with Employee Vendor creation and Employee Business Person setup in the Business Partner module.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a remote team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within tight deadlines.
- Experience working in EST time zone preferred.
- Middle east payroll experience is required
