- Understand the "end to end" processes as they are captured by the project design blueprint and be able to explain and "walk through" local finance teams
- Identify issues and areas that need particular attention in each market related to the "end to end" processes, feedback to the core project and support their resolution keeping the impacted market inform and engaged on the solution
- Leverage the structured methodology provided by the Change Management partner to lead change management activities across the Upfield Finance function
- Be the voice of the finance teams, consolidate feedback, identify common issues and facilitate communication between markets and the core TPM team
- Lead engagement with markets and continuously effectively communicate key project requirements, updates and milestones while also providing the feedback from the markets (mainly focused on finance)
- Assess the change impact by conducting impact analyses, assessing change readiness, and identifying key stakeholders
- Lead training efforts to the finance teams by assuring training material is appropriate and available (the material will be delivered by the Change Management Partner) and facilitate the delivery of the training
- Identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation tactics for potential resistance or issues
- Ensure the interests of the sponsoring group or senior responsible owner are met by the change
- Lead the activities associated with benefits realisation and ensure that continued accrual of benefits can be achieved after the change is completed
- Ensure business continuity during the cutover period ensuring that business as usual is maintained and the changes are effectively integrated into the business
- Provide timely feedback on market issues that can have an impact on the project, mainly customer challenges and planning
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Experience in Commercial Finance process in a multinational company
- Experience in using a TPM system (preferably SAP TPM)
- Detailed knowledge of sales & finance processes specially around Gross to Net Sales, including planning, forecasting
- Demonstrated experience in leading complex and lengthy projects
- Ability to train and educate others on system usage and process compliance
- Ability to communicate effectively with different audiences and stakeholders
- Ability to influence and persuade others to support the change across all levels of the organisation (including senior leadership)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work collaboratively with others in a team environment
- Courage to defend solutions that serve most even if a market complains but also support this market in adapting to the template ways of working
