The Senior Banking Strategy Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the bank. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Lead the development and execution of the bank's strategic plans and initiatives.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and industry trends.
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on thorough analysis and insights.
Business Development:
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including potential mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and market expansions.
- Develop business cases and financial models to support strategic decisions.
- Drive the execution of strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Market and Competitive Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Develop actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making and identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and the board of directors.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in banking strategy, management consulting, or related roles within the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful strategic plans and initiatives.
