Roles & Responsibilities
- Overall 6+ years of hands-on experience in the Digital or Web Analytics, Web Customer Insights,Web Data Mining, Social Medial Analytics Techniques and methodologies, algorithm development
- Demonstrable proven hands-on experience with tools such as Omniture Site Catalyst, WebTrends, Coremetrics, Google Analytics, and Urchin
- Solid understanding of digital and how it integrates with other media.
- Working in the domain of Web and Digital Analytics – Packet Sniffing, Image Tags or Beacons, Link Redirection, HTTP header analysis, IP Address analysis,Wap Gateway Traffic Log analysis, etc.
- Create a robust analytics strategy and measurement process for digital projects.
- Decipher patterns and identify the true meaning of analytics to create reports from analytics and present meaningful, easy-to-grasp data for internal teams and clients.
- Planning, Account Management team, Design and Development teams to provide insights and strategic support to clients.
- Help internal and external contacts understand the process and best practice for tracking user behaviour and ecommerce.
- Audit client's social media and SEO/SEM strategy and produce presentations recommending solutions or innovative new approaches.
- Contribute to large, complex marketing and social media campaigns and how they integrate with the digital content.
- Create and deliver face-to-face internal and client presentations of your strategies and findings.
- Create the “test and learn” strategy that will produce clear understanding of user behaviour and ROI for clients - whether Apps, email marketing, social media or websites
Qualifications: - M.E./M. Tech./MCA/MSc/Ph.D in Computer Science, Engineering Disciplines, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics with computer programming skills, Algorithm design
