About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Digital and Campaign Analyst to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web analytics, digital campaign analytics, and marketing funnel analytics. You will be responsible for analyzing digital campaigns, providing actionable insights, and presenting your findings to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze web and digital campaign data to evaluate performance and identify trends.

- Utilize marketing funnel analytics to track and optimize the customer journey from awareness to conversion.

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Present analysis findings to stakeholders and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.

- Collaborate with cross- functional teams to support data- driven decision- making.

- Perform deep dive analyses to uncover growth opportunities and areas for improvement.

Functional Skills:

- Web Analytics: Expertise in analyzing website traffic and user behavior to enhance online performance.

- Digital Campaign Analytics: Proficient in evaluating the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns across various channels.

- Campaign Analytics: Skilled in analyzing marketing funnels and optimizing campaigns to drive conversions.

Technical Skills:

- Advanced SQL (Mandatory): Ability to write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from databases.

- Advanced Excel (Mandatory): Proficiency in using Excel for data analysis, including the use of advanced functions and pivot tables.

- Python (Good to Have): Experience in using Python for data analysis and automation is a plus.

Additional Skills:

- Strong communication skills with the ability to present data- driven insights effectively.

- Proven ability to work independently and deliver high- quality results.

Detail- oriented with strong analytical and problem- solving skills.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Science.

- 3- 5 years of relevant experience in digital and campaign analytics.
